Appointment of Coordinator

1. Objective

The objective of this policy is to appoint dedicated Coordinators who will represent NICE Foundation in promoting its educational programmes and initiatives while maintaining the highest standards of transparency, accountability, professionalism, and ethical conduct.

2. Eligibility

Applicants must satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Teachers and administrators are most welcome to apply.
  • Must have completed Graduation from a recognized university in any discipline.
  • Should possess good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Should have a genuine interest in education, social service, community development, or youth empowerment.

3. Application Process

Applicants shall follow the steps below:

  • Submit an updated Resume/Curriculum Vitae (CV) to mk.nicefoundation@gmail.com.
  • Ensure that all information and supporting documents submitted are true, complete, and accurate.
  • Pay the prescribed one-time application fee as specified under this policy.

4. Selection Process

The selection of Coordinators shall be conducted by the management of NICE Foundation based on:

  • Verification of eligibility and submitted documents.
  • Assessment of educational qualifications and relevant experience.
  • Online interview, if required.

5. Tenure

The appointment of a Coordinator shall remain valid for one (1) year.

Renewal of the appointment shall be subject to:

  • Satisfactory performance.
  • Compliance with the NICE Foundation’s policies and Code of Conduct.
  • The prevailing requirements and policies of NICE Foundation.

* Renewal shall be at the sole discretion of NICE Foundation.

6. Roles and Responsibilities

The Coordinator shall:

  • Promote the educational programmes, examinations, scholarships, and initiatives of NICE Foundation.
  • Coordinate with schools, colleges, educational institutions, coaching centres, and community organizations.
  • Assist students with the online admission process.
  • Facilitate the conduct of online examinations.
  • Coordinate activities related to results, certificates, awards, and other academic services.
  • Protect and uphold the reputation, objectives, and interests of NICE Foundation.

7. Termination

NICE Foundation reserves the right to suspend or terminate the appointment of a Coordinator before the expiry of the one-year term if:

  • False or misleading information is provided during the application process.
  • Misconduct, unethical behaviour, fraud, or criminal activity is established.
  • The Coordinator violates the Foundation’s policies, rules, or Code of Conduct.
  • The Coordinator acts in a manner detrimental to the reputation, objectives, or interests of NICE Foundation.
  • The Coordinator fails to perform assigned duties satisfactorily.
  • The Coordinator remains inactive for an unreasonable period without prior approval.

8. Fee Policy

₹5,000

One-time Application Fee (Rupees Five Thousand Only)

This amount shall not be treated as a separate charge. Instead, it shall be adjusted against the Coordinator’s student application collections and/or Coordinator compensation earned during the validity period of the appointment, subject to the applicable financial policies.

9. General Provisions

  • Appointment as a Coordinator does not create an employer–employee relationship with NICE Foundation unless expressly stated in writing.
  • Coordinators shall function as authorized representatives for the limited purposes assigned by the NICE Foundation.
  • NICE Foundation reserves the right to amend, modify, interpret, or withdraw this policy at any time without prior notice whenever deemed necessary in the interest of the Foundation.
  • Any dispute arising from this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts having territorial jurisdiction over the registered office of NICE Foundation.
